Chaser is a first person shooter, built on the high-end 3D engine (CloakNT), in which main character passes through real environments and uses real weapons.

Mars, 2044. The UN establishes MARSCORP (Martian Security and Economics Committee) under the leadership of Samuel Longwood. In the years that follow, the UN gradually loses control of MARSCORP, mainly due to the non-transparent licence policy of its director.

LongwoodSamuel Longwood uses his autonomous status to create vassal relations between the corporations and MARSCORP. The unshakable power position of MARSCORP is supported by the companies and thus they acquire additional rights and licenses. Samuel Longwood and his consortium become extremely wealthy from this arrangement. However, dissenting voices in MARSCORP begin to challenge Samuel Longwood’s authoritarian policy.

They demand the dismissal of Samuel Longwood as director and a complete redistribution of the mining rights.

In December 2006, RakeInGrass released a sequel/expansion to the game called Jets'n'Guns Gold. The expansion increase the number of levels to 43. It features 800x600 graphics, as compared to 640x480 in the original version and 6 new music tracks composed by Hubnester Industries, a sister production company of Machinae Supremacy. The storyline has been completely reworked and is now presented using cartoons instead of simple text. The player is also allowed to unlock different spaceships such as a hot-dog truck, an airplane and a helicopter. A number of new weapons have also been introduced.

Although Mortimer Beckett managed to evict the ghosts from his uncle's house in Mortimer Beckett and the Secrets of Spooky Manor, it opened a time portal has allowed various modern-day objects to pass through and show up in random locations throughout history. In the hidden object / adventure follow-up, Mortimer Beckett and the Time Paradox, Mortimer must travel to different ages in time to put things right.

Like the first Mortimer Beckett game, items in Time Paradox are split into several individual pieces to find. Once all of the pieces of an item are found, the item is added to your inventory and can be used to either solve a puzzle, such as placing a ladder at the side of the building so you can climb up and read the inscription on a banner on the roof, or to help reverse the time paradox by putting the item back where it belongs, such as placing the bunch of eggs into the bird's nest. Once Mortimer has fixed all of the irregularities in a scene, he'll receive a piece of Uncle Jerome's Time Bomb, which is the key to sealing the portals once and for all.

One of the biggest complaints with these types of games is that they simply aren't long enough. Mortimer Beckett and the Time Paradox is definitely longer than the first game was , and not only that, but items will appear in different places when you play through the game a second or third time, which is a pretty good incentive to do so.

The game ends on a pretty big cliff-hanger. Now, normally I'm not a fan of these "To Be Continued" endings because sometimes, for various reasons, the developer never ends up giving us a "Continued" and we're left hanging forever! However, I think it's safe to say that given the quality apparent in Mortimer Beckett and the Time Paradox, this is a series that's going to be around for quite a while.

The first in the Mortimer Beckett series, this hidden object game has Mortimer, a delightfully bespectacled young man, searching through his family's creepy old house, looking for pieces of the ghost machine. Along the way he encounters a variety of amusing spirits. Gameplay consists of finding the pieces of hidden objects (which have been broken up) until one has a complete object that then must be either put back in its place, or used to complete a task. Artwork on this game is fantastic, and finding pieces of objects, rather than the objects themselves, adds to the challenge, and makes the game a bit more unusual. My one complaint is the length of the game, which is rather short- I finished in less than two hours. Search a spine-tingling setting for scattered secrets, broken objects, and the key component of a mysterious machine in this innovative and immersive investigation. After receiving a letter from his Uncle Jerome about a strange device, a missing starter unit, and an unidentified foe, Mortimer sets off on a seek-and-find adventure in his Uncle's strange home. Hunt the halls of Spooky Manor for broken objects, return the items to their rightful place, and solve a series of brain-bending puzzles to get to the bottom of this eerie mystery. What is this strange machine? Who scattered its pieces? And, what happened to Uncle Jerome? Only those with a keen eye for detail will discover the answers hidden in Spooky Manor.
